Printing list of objects in Win500?

I am trying to print off a list of all my frequencies and objects from Win500, however there is no print button, copy and paste to excel doesn't work and I can't export it so excel can open it. Does anybody have any other suggestions on how to do this? I don't feel like "printscreen"ing all 1,000 objects.

For some reason you can't copy/paste into Excel from the All Objects tab in Win500, but you can from the CONV Objects and the TSYS Objects tabs.
