The only options I see are
Start a new conversation and preview. How am I supposed to SEND?

Start a new conversation and preview. How am I supposed to SEND?

Type in the recipient (must be a valid member name here) and click on the correct recipient when it shows up automatically, Then add a subject or Title on the next line and then finally, your actual message in the lower large box and then click "Start Conversation".
