Pro 106 and Roseville Ca?

I just got my Pro 106 up and running, and I can pick up Sacramento, Elk Grove, and Folsom really nice, but for some reason. I can't pick up anything from Roseville.

I'm using the ARC-500 software, and I dl'd the list and imported it directly from RR through ARC and too my scanner. Is this all that's needed for it to work or is there something I'm missing?
