Are the digi and the analog both trunking systems??

If the analog is not trunking make sure to program it as conventional objects and check to see if it is set for proper reception ie am, fm,, nfm, digi,

I don't know it that will help or not but I'm sure others will add to this.

Try adjusting your squelch. Turn the round knob (just below and wider than your on/off knob) counterclockwise all the way, and then ease it back the other way until the hissing stops, then go a tiny bit more. Sometimes the squelch gets moved accidently, and I hope that solves your problem.
