Pro 106 does not enable

Pro 106 says "nothing enabled". When I do what the manual says, it does not change

I would presume that since you are a premium member, that you have programming software.
When you saved everything to the software, and I've done this myself, upload it to the scanner?
Did you make sure that what you put into the software was in all the particular scan lists you selected? Remember, the default scan list is 1.

Adding on to the comments above, make sure that you actually have programmed frequencies into the radio. The best way is with the software.

Then just press one of the number keys to enable it, whichever bank or list you programmed the frequencies into. If it is above 9 then press FUNC then 10, FUNC 11, FUNC 12 and so on.

Enabling banks can also be done in the software.
