pro-106 in Casper

Is it possible to get any Law Enforcement traffic in Casper. I get Casper Fire and Highway Patrol but no Casper PD or Sheriff office. I am former EMS and like to know what is going on in my neighborhood.

I get a lot of encrypted traffic.

ALL law enforcement talkgroups for Natrona county are encrypted, full-time. The only clear channels are the old 155.97 repeater and the conventional 800 repeater. - Tom (Quote from an NCSO deputy, "We like it that way.")

Wow so they have no body listening in so they do what they want? We had issues with Deputy's in my last town that thought if they went "Digital" no one could hear them. They were fired shortly after. I understand the challenge that law enforcement faces but they are still accountable to the people.
