In there you will find a link for the Object Oriented Scanner Software article. There are 3 packages - ARC500, Win500 and PSREdit500. Just my not so humble opinion, but although Win500 is very good software from all reports, Don Starr (the author) has disappeared from the scene, and his website (currently up) is unstable at best. Getting a license key is at best dubious.
I would stick to ARC500 - we have a user guide in our wiki (the link is in the above article), and you can buy it from us. With that, (I believe this deal is still in place), the demo version is active for 7 days and you get 2 free downloads.
PSREdit500 is also good and it has a guide - of all places to find it - on the Whistler website. That link is also in the above article
There are also links for the Easier to Read manual.
Can you give us more info? Your post is a bit ambiguous. Have you tried using programming software? What particular software? Do you have a programming cable? I owned a Pro-106 about a decade or so ago and had great success with Starrsoft Win500 Software.
