Pro-106 programming two ID's

could someone please give step by step instructions to put two IDs in and tag them.

You would hit PGM / NEW F1/ TGRP / Put a * by what scanlists you want this object to work in / Select your TSYS / Then enter your RADIO ID as the value for the TGID / Below that change the Type from Group to Private / Below that change the tag: from wildcard to whatever you want. then hit save.

Remember ID's are per radio numbers not the same as a TGID. A TGID is a talkgroup that many radios share inside a TSYS.
