Pro-106 Scan List Problem

I have a Pro-106 scanner and I have scan list 1 programmed for my local police, in scan list 2 I have SC DNR programmed, I want to program SC Highway Patrol into scan list 3 and when I get the freq. setup for back 3 setup into my Win500 software, and upload it to my scanner in scan list 3 it says "Nothing enabled" in scan list 3 when I try to listen how do I fix that?

Everything you want in your scanner has to be done in one upload, and make sure you enable the scan lists on the General Settings Tab, before you upload.
