Can you program 700 channels with the P25 in the same scan list with talk groups that are with LWIN? If so, do the talk groups have to be first in that scan list? I have been able to locate 2 talk groups ( 5300, 5301), and have located several 700 channels through signal stalker. Since loading by data using the ARC 500 I cannot pick up the talk groups which are the 'MAIN" dispatch channels. This is for Ouachita Parish in Louisiana. This data has NOT been updated on Radio Reference that I can find. Thanks for any help!

In ARC500 open a new TSYS and give it a name (Ouachita LWIN will do), double click cell under Frequencies. Type in the collected 700 MHz freqs. Set system type to P25 Auto. Then open Talkgroups and enter collected TGRP objects, assign them a Scanlist (double click cell) then associate to the system (Ouachita LWIN). Save and send to scanner.

If you find it working, submit to database your new findings.
