Pro-107 "F"

What does the F next to a system mean in the 107? I can not find it in the manual.

Example: Ohio, Cuyahoga, Categories, Cuyahoga County, "F CECOMS (Cuyahoga Emergency COMunicationS)"

No clue, unless it has something to do with the lack of alpha tags in that XML, but I'd be interested in how well it works with the Public Library EDACS Scat system.

Example: Ohio, Cuyahoga, Categories, Cuyahoga County, "F CECOMS (Cuyahoga Emergency COMunicationS)"

For that conventional channel category, it means the RR DB has no frequencies within the category. If you look at that county here, you'll notice an "empty category".
