For some reason the iScan software is not displaying my list of RID's anymore! I know that it did at one time, but for some reason they are not showing. The only one that is listed is the Wildcard. I can add RID's, but once I do that they do not display on the RID tab display. If I enter one that is already entered, I get the prompt that the RID already exists and asks me if I want to overwrite it with the new info.
This has me VERY confused as I KNOW at one time, they displayed in a format similar to the TGID's. This issue exists on multiple computers with both XP and Vista.
