PRO-107 problems

I set up the scanner from the library for trunking and all worked fine. I turned the scanner back on today and now it won't hear any trunking. The channels and talkgroups are still there but it won't hear them. I turned on my PRO-97 and it picks them up fine. What's going on? I'm very frustrated with this scanner. I have a feeling that the supplied software does not have the updated trunking control channels and because only one channel stayed the same the rest are not in there. The software wasn't updated so when the control channel changes, the scanner won't receive anything.

After turning the scanner on, press the SEL key to start it scanning. (I keep missing this step also)

Use the Iscan software and update the Library on the computer and be sure to save it to the SD card
