PRO-107 SD card to iScan software problem

Am I doing something wrong? I have good luck with iScan software on adding to the card and using the created lists from the computer. However when I take a card from the scanner and try to load the contents to the iScan software on the computer the program freezes up and I have problems getting the program to at least work the other way. I have made changes to the card while using it in the scanner and I would like to be able to load those changes to the computer. Anyone having that kind of problem. Other than that I find it great too use.

The steps ,I use are ..with vista,,First rigt click desktop icon,click run as administrator.Second make sure card is properly reformatted in iscan,Setup the way you want playlists,copy them to card,copy card to computer,than optimize card.

Thanks for the help. When I use the factory supplied card it misbehaves. When I took your suggestion from scratch on a new card it works as I wanted. Thanks again.
