Why tie up a good scanner? Just buy an older scanner to use for that function. Good info. is usually available for the older scanners. You don't even need a trunking scanner - just one that can tune the 800MHz band.Hello,

Per the Wiki, the 162 is the handheld version of the 160, components should be the same, possibly different board, but it'd pay to look at both sides of it for the test point labled DISC...This is for a pro 160. Does your board have anything labeled disc?
