There are multiple threads on this already, basically you need to give it some time. The scanner just came out.

What does the manual say about wired programming or cloning? I can't seem to find a copy of the manual on the RS web site. If it is anything like previous versions of RS scanners, it will say that software is available at Radio Shack stores or on their web site (which is a bold faced lie).
