J-WEB, from lQQking at both your Motorola Analog and Digital TRS info listed in the RR DB
I sure see about 4 freqs listed on BOTH system, somethings not quite right here in posted data !
Manualy step through your Control channels and see what "Sys-ID" you get on your Pro-163 etc.
If you find that Leon Co and Tallahasse have migrated to the digital TRS, a Pro-197 woud be GREat :)
Also lookup how to install a discriminator tap output that would let your 163 pipe to Unitrunker for sys info.

ps ~ Talk to some RR guys that have boots on the ground in Leon County and they will know the deal !

btw ~ Maybe all the traffic you want moved here: Tallahassee / Leon County (Project 25) Trunking System, Tallahassee , Florida - Scanner Frequencies

Go to each of the channels you saved in, press mode, and change them to the m. Then you're going to set them to motorola channels. The p indicates that it's a priority channel, so make sure priority is off. Also make sure to set the bank to motorola.

P means it's in program mode.
After the last control channel freq. has been entered, push SCAN.
There are two trunking modes, OPEN and CLOSED.
In OPEN mode you will hear all active talk groups.
In CLOSED mode you will hear only the TGs you have entered.
Read page 36 about OPEN and CLOSED.

Okay I get what you're saying. I can see some talk group ID's, but I can't hear anything on the control channels or other frequencies. There's also no sys id on the controls.
