No

The Pro 163 will only clone scanner to scanner with a Pro 164. Using WIN97, the Pro 163, 164, 97, and 2055 along with the PSR300 and 400 can all be programed alike

The Pro 107 will only clone with the Pro 197 and using Scancat Lite the programing can be copied into a PSR 500 or 600

You can cut and paste the frequency info from Win97 to Win500. I wish that I could. I have both the 106 and the 163

If you're using those two programs, it might be easier to read the P97 file into Win500, rather than using copy/paste from Win97 to Win500.

Yes. I do it all the time with my 163 and Win97.

Yes you need the RS USB programming cable, part # 20-047.
