Having a problem programming NJ State Police trunking system in, from a internet download from Radio Reference. Can anyone help or give me a few pointers. Had it working one time and than reprogrammed it and hasn't work since the second third fourth attempt. Did a clean sweep and tryed again same result.

Since you are located in Ocean County try using only the frequencies listed for the central simulcast region. This area is covered primarily by NJSP troop C so watch which talk groups you choose.
