Pro 164 Defaulting

Recently my Pro 164 has been acting a little strange. It has been "defaulting" while in manual mode to the last channel it was on. I'm not sure how this is happening but I will say I have the priority channel enabled when it does. It's causing me to miss things on the channel I'm listening to because it changes to another channel. Any idea what is going on?

Yes, sounds like Priority is on. The Protoity nutton is right below the scan button
