Pro-164 problem

My Pro 164 has developed a strange problem, it receives the 800 mhz band 12.5 khz high.
853.8375 is received on 853.8500. it is constant across the whole band. The lower bands are uneffected.
Is there some offset I might have turned on by mistake? Any ideas?

If it's trunked, check to make sure you don't have the system set as a Splinter system.

Trunked as ECACS. Checked all banks, no splinter. Just upgraded firmware and initialized, will try with a fresh load of frequencies.
