PRO-164 programing question

are the two sites part of the same system or separate systems?

they are both part of the same system it is a multi site sytem

My experience is limited to a Motorola system, but yes you can. I dump all the control channels for all sites of our state DPS system (now 25 sites) into a single bank, and the scanner just picks up whichever active control channel it can hear at that point. Seamless roaming between sites!
