Pro-164 Question

So i got a Pro-164 and turned it on and it said programed by ********* and was picking up everything around town. Then it was kinda freezing up so i reset it and now i have nothing nada I can get some frequency and stuff but no trunking or anything how can i get the original programing back on or is that not possible. I am thinking about just going to RS tomorrow and ask them but i figure you guys can save me the trip. Not sure if i trust this websites download thing but i might have to try it.
