pro 164

since i screwed up and bought the pro 90 without doing my research i did alot of research on the pro 164, i just want to double check with you guys that it can be programmed via USB cable? and that it can get 800/900mhz trunked? and i can use this programing cable with Win97 or PSREDIT? ( which is easier?)

I have the Pro-164 and have no problem with the cable. I use in on my 97,164, 96, and 106. However, I do not believe it will "trunk 900" items.
