Pro-164?

I just bought a Pro-164 for cheapppppp. I'm not new to scanners as I have quite a few, old and new. But I cann't figure out how to get this set up for trunking? I scan the frequencies, but I have no idea how to put in the TG ID's or anything? When my scanner recieves a transmission it says MOT: 12359(ex.) that appears on the bottom.

Any help programming this thing would be greatly appreciated. I really would like to follow my local fire dispatch.

Nevermind I got it programmed and it's picking up TG ID's and saving them. Is there a way to only listen to select ID's? if so how can I go about doing this?

There are two trunking modes, OPEN and CLOSED.
In OPEN mode you will hear all active talk groups.
In CLOSED mode you will hear only the talk groups you have entered.
Page 38 of the manual explains it.

press the pause button when the talk group is active this will hold on an talk group Id this is the easiest way

Thanks for the help folks. Been tinkering and playing with the scanner for a day or two now. Figured out most of the functions I must say. I know this thing was a PAIN to program. But all in all it's worth it.

I used PSR300 edit to program both of mine and it makes it a lot easier.
