Pro-18 and IL Starcom 21 Library Import

I'm not sure where this belongs, but when I try to import a site for this system the import box has an "X" in it. My PSR-800 will allow the import, there is no "X". I suspect this has to do with P25 Phase II not being supported by the Pro-18. However this system is not exclusively Phase II as I can monitor local sites with my Pro-96.

Is this an issue with the RRDB somehow tagging the system as Phase II or is it an issue with the Pro-18 iScan programming software?

Just answered my own question, it's the library version that determines if the system can be imported. Version 69 allows the import whereas 376 of the RRDB library does not.
