PRO-18 Clock Resets

If I remove the batteries for more than a few hours, the clock resets and I have to set the time and date again. This isn't a huge deal but am I correct in assuming there is probably a small internal battery or some sort of capacitor that may have failed? Or is this just a quirk of the unit?

If I remember correctly PRO 18 and PSR 800 do the same after about 1 hour.

My PSR-800 loses time much quicker . . .more like 15 minutes, but I've not noticed any other adverse affects.

Thanks guys. I won't be too concerned with it then if that's the norm. Having a clock function is not at the top of my "must have" feature list.
