Pro 197 custom T Tables

I understand from reading, that the 197 can be set to custom t tables for rebanding 851 - 854. e.g., Table 1, there is a low choice, then a high choice. According to available information a full seven digits w/ decimal should be entered in low, then high,,,, my 197 will allow only five digits in a row and no decimal to be entered for table one. Some one please tell me where I am completely missing the boat, I know I am

I'll simplify this even more for you - assuming that the rebanding flag is set up in the database (it generates a warning about the system being rebanded), and you use one of the big 3 applications (Win500, ARC500 and PSRedit500), when you download that system, the custom tables will be automagically set up for you
