pro 197 issues

I have mine runing the So and does fine,but aquired a second one today and uploaded everything from the other one,and cant pick up nothing. I play them side by side and the original works and the seond one nothing. Both frimwares are up to date. Any ideas?

Did you program the non-working one from the computer or clone the working one to the non-working one?

If cloned, it should work. I know that wouldn't tell you why the second one isn't working correctly as far as the programming goes but at least then you should have two working scanners.

It won't work if both scanners are set to that screen first.

Only the master should be set to that screen, do nothing except to turn on the other (slave) scanner.

ok that worked. But the clone didnt make the second radio work. So i uploaded my original file again and it worked this time....weird. But thank you for your help,I appreciate it....

Ok edit...they both do not pick up the same thing. Radio 1 works perfect but radio 2 works hit and miss and not always at the same time. Both have the exact firmware and file
