Very new to scanner world and needing help on how to be able to pick up channels that were programmed by Scanner Master. What do I need to do to? Thanks

are you scanning those frequencies and not hearing anything?
are those frequencies not beinb scanned?

What is your city, county, and state? I will check on what is available to monitor. You can do your own programming with software. I use Butel ARC500 for programming my Pro-197. You have to turn on the proper scan lists to monitor what is programmed in the scanner. 1 thru 0 on the keypad toggles scan lists 1 thru 10 on and off. If you press FUNC first, 1 thru 0 toggles scan lists 11 thru 20.
