Pro-197 Ohio Marcs

Just purchased Pro-197. Have loaded my area which is akron. Have added a few ID's for this area. I do not see anthing for Ohio marcs. Can i manually add or do i have to buy a cord and download this information. I have been scanning for 30 years, this is a different way of scanning.Please help
