I recently turned on my pro 197 after 2 weeks of it being unused due to football practice wearing me out and when I plugged it in and turned up the volume knob to turn it on it didn’t turn on so I plugged it into multiple outlets and nothing happened until I grabbed the scanner and moved it down lower than the shelf it was on it turned on and functioned normally so I went to move it back on the shelf it was on and then the scanner just turned off and no nothing came unplugged so does anyone know any fixes or where I can buy another power cord from? The part of the cord that plugs into the wall is shaped like a square with a cord coming out of the bottom which leads to a connector that plugs into the back of the scanner.
