If I did, Its still a possesion to me!!!

$200.00 on E-bay

Pro-2006 with a couple of bill cheek's mods. This scanner has the 6400 channel mod. It also has the led signal meter mod. (Thought thats was cool.) I was wondering if I paid too much...

Heres the pics:

It is what it is worth to you I guess. For a radio without trunking, without narrowband, without computer programming I would not pay more than about $75. It does not matter any more if a receiver covers the cell area, as most is digital. For $200 you could get a 780 if you look around a bit. I have purchased two for that amount in the past.

Sure it does not have some of the features in today's modern radios. The Pro2006 was/is well known for being one of the scanning radio receivers ever. It would probably be worth more without the mods but they seem to have been done with a decent amount of care. The best thing you could do with this radio is dedicate it to monitoring the milatry. I believe you can still purchase the OS456lite computer interface board. Keep your eyes on ebay for the full ver of OS456. The Pro2006 w/OS456, an old computer, Probe7, and a decent antenna would be the ideal setup for military monitoring.
