You'd be better off posting this in the Indiana forum but a quick look at the Indianapolis database shows you're pretty much screwed with a non-trunking scanner like the 2035. There are still plenty of conventional frequencies right now but most of Indiana is about ready to switch over the the SAFE-T analog and digital trunk system. If you want to listen to police comms in the future, you're looking at a digital scanner like the Pro 2096 or Uniden 999T.
