pro-2045 display light

The display light on my pro-2045 has quit working. Does anyone have, or know where I can get a schematic for this scanner?

Does anyone know what they use for a display light ? I haven't tried to take it apart yet I thought I would ask here first.

My guess is that this will work:
12V/25mA Miniature Lamps - RadioShack.com

They are 12v. The radio might have 9v bulbs in there so these will be just a bit dimmer, but should last.
You could try the 6v version for brightness, but much shorter life.

This is what works in a 2050 and the two look similar.
