PRO 2045 SORT MODE

Greeting all,
Before I look into purchasing a PRO 2045 Police scanner,
Does anybody have any experience on the "Auto Load" sort function
I have a Pro 2035 unit and it does not have a frequency sort function at all..

Not sure about the auto load function for the 2045, but you can sort by powering off and pressing and holding the Auto button when powering on. Frequencies are sorted by bank, and AUTO appears on the display when auto sort is enabled. Do the reverse to disable.

USING AUTO SORT
You can set the scanner to scan within
each bank from the channel with the
lowest frequency to the channel with
the highest frequency, instead of in
channel number order. This makes
the scanner scan faster.
Follow these steps to turn on auto
sort.
1. Turn off the scanner.
2. Press and hold AUTO, then turn
on the scanner. on Sort appears
for 3 seconds. During scanning,
AUTO appears.
To turn off auto sort, repeat these
steps.
OFF Sort appears for 3 seconds.
