Any way that I can monitor Clarksville PD on my Radio Shack Pro-2052? I've read that they're using the EDACS ProVoice system and was wondering how I can monitor. Thanks!

Regular EDACS is fine, but no scanner made can monitor the digital version aka ProVoice or the older AEGIS digital format.
