I have a Radio Shack Pro-2052 and live here in El Paso, TX. I have no experience programming and using Trunked Systems. Can someone show/teach me on how to do this? Thanks so much!

Well let's see what you want to hear, first...
El Paso County, Texas (TX) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference
It says that all the El Paso services will move (if they haven't already) to the EDACS Pro-Voice system. No scanner can copy that, out of the box, so that's out
Go to the bottom of the above page, and we have a listing of the trunked systems in your area. Anything that's listed as Project 25 or Mototrbo is also out, and while you can't directly program a LTR system in, you can listen to them if you program them as a conventional bank.
So be a bit more specific about what you want to hear. You might also check in with the Texas forum (if no one chimes in here from that area) to see if those El Paso systems that are listed there are still on the air, or have been superceded by the above ProVoice system. (By the way, links are always colored blue here)
And just for the record, here's the Easier to Read manual for that radio...

Going to need a more modern Scanner for this system though.
