I programmed my scanner with win97 and the info on the Lebanon county PA. page of RR.

The system has 7 sites so I programmed one in each bank. I have had the scanner

running for a week and have not heard a single call.

Does anyone have any tips on programming?

I noticed on the history button on the Lebanon page nothing has been updated since last

year could that be my problem?

Just make sure the frequencies are programmed in the right order and that you start each bank in channels 001, 101, 201 etc and not 000, 100, 200.
Also going into each bank and see if you hear the Control Channel.

You wont be able to mix different sites...in a bank....

You'll need different banks for each site, although it looks like a few of the sites have the same freqs/LCNs.

It looks like there was some digital last time the DB was updated.
Since that was about a year ago, it is a good possibilty that there is some more digital in use on that system.
And since it's provoice you will not be able to monitor it.

The control channel changed to 453.63750 and now I can hear the Colt buses.

The county police must be digital or on channels I don't know about.

The EMS and Fire are not on the system yet. The City police were the first on the system

and they are all digital all the time.
