Pro-2055 Probelm

I have found that my scanner has the dreaded loss of display sometimes. now I have a 2 year warranty due to the fact that it was a floor model but as i said it doesn't always happen now i don't want it repaired and then coming back still not fixed can i just ask for the Pro-97 instead and they take the pro 2055.

I would say bring it in for warranty repair, or try it yourself. Check the long thread somewhere in here about a successful repair. I have repaired my 2055 twice, and it runs amazingly now.

That usually depends on what's wrong it, if they know something is wrong with it or not, If it can be repaired and the biggie, how long you've had it and what kind of shape it's in, It's just hit and miss really, Depends on the clerk a lot of the time, Probably just have to take it in and ask/find out..
