Pro 2055 Talkgroup access

My buddy just got a 2055 we have programmed the freq and the talk groups. My question is can I direct the talk groups either cursor up and down or using the keypad. We are on a type 2 Motorola system not digital yet.

is this scanner also capible of digital with a card? let me know thanks!!!

As to the 2nd question, nope - no RS/GRE scanners can use an external card for digital, like the now-discontinued Uniden 250/785
