Pro 2055 Talkgroup Monitoring

Often times while I'm scanning, I like to monitor just one channel at a time. I know it's easy to do with conventional frequencies, but I would also like to do this with talkgroups. I know you can wait for a talkgroup to become active and press pause or trunk, but is there a way where you can go through the talkgroups manually and monitor them?

The above key combination is what is printed in the manual. I've found you should make sure the scanner has found the active control channel in the bank before performing the above. Also, if the active control channel changes, the scanner does not know it.
