is there anyway to stop highway talkgroups interupting police talkgroups on same motorola trunking system, if so how? thanks chris

If you have the talkgroups that you want programed make sure the bank is closed, it will have a - and not a + under the bank number.

I'm not a RS person, but I believe this would work...
Program a scan list with just police talkgroups and scan in what I believe is called 'closed mode' (Uniden speak = ID Scan) in the 2055. Sounds like you are scanning in 'open mode' (similar, I think, to Uniden's ID Search) which gets everything. 73 Mike

thanks for info thats what i was looking for, also to open or close banks press function then period button to open or close banks, if anyone else wants to know thanks again chris
