How can I program my old scanner to pick up local police now that they have been switching over?

Not a lot of information here.
Did they go digital? Maybe, which will take a scanner capable of receiving P25 digital.
Did they go to their own trunk system?
OR
Did they go to the MARCS system?
If you know the answer to the last two questions, someone might have some info.

They are on the Ohio MARCS Phase II, P-25 system. They are using X2 TGID's. Only scanners available to monitor these TG's are the GRE PSR-800, or the new Uniden x36hp scanners.
So, I'm guessing that the scanner you have doesn't do Phase II.
