Pro 2067 Startup Scan Modification Question

I have read on Mods.DK about the modification you can make to allow your 2067 to scan upon startup, instead of having to push scan everytime you turn it on. My question is does anyone know where I can find one of the boards pre assembled? I am no good at doing this type of electrical construction, so a premade board would be great. Thanks!
