Pro 2067 won't take upload

I recently moved and had to reprogram my 2067 using win-92, but it goes through the motions of uploading and when it's finished, the old frequencies are still in the radio. Also. when I try to verify scanner I get "timed out waiting for the 01 98 03 52 sequence". I have no idea of what's wrong. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

What programming cable are you using?

I'm using the original radio shack cable. I found some info on initializing the radio and after doing that I was able to upload the data to the radio. Thanks for your interest in helping solve the problem.
