I have a Pro-2096 and a Pro-2051 are there any control programs for these units I can use with a laptop? I have Win96 and Scancat light for programing. THanks for any help

No if you mean remote control, neither scanner has an interface for that purpose. With the 96/2096 however, if you have a 9600 baud Motorola trunking system in your area, you can monitor the data stream on the CC using Pro96Com. A profile is also provided to receive the voice through the BC's 250/785, 296/796 or 396/996.

Though the only real control using this method, is a hold on an ID feature. Otherwise, it does provide several logging features regarding the data stream on the Control Channel.
