Pro-2096 and Win500

Thanks to all that have helped in the past with my 197 questions. Now I am needing some help with a Pro-2096. I have the Win500 software, I am able to "download" from scanner but I need to know how to "upload" the new information I've made from Win500. I created a new template but can't seem to get it to upload into the scanner. Anyone with some suggestions? Thanks.

Is Win 500 compatible with the Pro 2096 scanner? Win 96 would be the software you'd want for that scanner.

Ok, got the Win96 software, got template made. Now, computer will not talk to scanner. Any ideas? Cable and Drivers are good, it is all the same stuff I have been using(sucessfully for the past 2 days) with my Win500 stuff.

Make sure that the comport is set correctly in Win96. Oh, and don't use the extra adapter with the 2096.
