pro-2096 audio died

Well had a prio-2096 bought at dayton. well 2 weeks later. Went to use scanner and everything worked however no audio. Got audio from both earphone jacks. Ended up exchanging unit(luck have it i found a store that would exchange without box)..

Anyone else had a problem like that.

im having prob with mine being that it works perfict one sec than i hear staict and audio going very low had to turn it up all the way to berly here it have to cut power to it and restart it did anyone else had that prob before.

I have had mine for exactly 13 months. Imagine that, just after the warranty expires, it breaks. Anyway, I turn it on, get 30 seconds of static, then quiet. The lights, nor the digital dispaly will light. I sent it off to Radio Shack repair to check it out. I also did hte resets as described in the book, and that did not work.

I will never understand why people don't keep their boxes.

I keep my boxes case I have to move and dont have to worry about something slams into it.
