Pro 2096 Not Scanning?

I just bought a 2096 scanner. I Programmed it with the ARC 96 software. I programmed Bank 0 with conventional and 1 digital frequencies, and bank 1 I made a trunking bank. I also updated the firmware to U1.4. My issue is that the scanner is not picking up anything and I have it set to scan. I also imported all the frequencies from the radioreference site. I have it next to my pro 163 which is picking up the frequencies however the 2096 is silent except when I go to the frequencies manually. Also bank 0 is the only bank flashing it not going back and forth between 0 and 1. Anyone have any ideas on what I should do?

Just a couple of thoughts -

While you were scanning - did you by any chance press the #1 key that enables/disables the bank? Is the trunking bank (#1) running in Open or Closed mode and did you enter the talkgroup ID's?

None of the trunked frequencies are in the 700MHz are they - bank is set to MOT and frequencies the same?

I never hit the one, the trunking bank is directly taken from the radioreference site via the software, but I looked and its set to MOT, and also is in open mode.
